Try using NT Lite to slipstream the drivers. The thing is the drivers MUST be integrated into the OS install disk. The only way around that is if you had a USB 2.0 addin card that you could then use to plug in a USB Drive with the drivers. Again I'm really going against downgrading. There is no support for windows 7 on Ryzen and no updates either.

I have an HP 6305 Pro, with Windows 10 64-bit. I've been experiencing some problems with a USB 3.0 external hard drive enclosure (here's a thread on TenForums about my problem), and it was recommended that I try updating my USB 3.0 drivers.
I went to the drivers page of my computer (linked below), and when I selected my operating system (Windows 10 64-bit), the page it directed me to had no USB 3.0 drivers. Selecting Windows 7, on the other hand, brought me to a page that did. Apparently, the last driver made for my particular computer was made back in the Windows 7 days.
I did find the page below on the AMD website, but I'm not sure that this particular driver is compatible with my system.
